My practice centres on obsessive-compulsive disorder and the conditions that commonly accompany or resemble it. Most people I see have complex or long-standing illness, have had treatment elsewhere without enough benefit, or have another condition (tics, autism, ADHD, depression, or a neurological disorder) alongside their OCD. Uncomplicated OCD that has not yet been treated is also welcome: it is easier to treat early, and a specialist opinion at the outset can save years. A first consultation with me is a full assessment of symptoms, history, previous treatment and physical health, leading to a written opinion and, where appropriate, a treatment plan we agree together.
